I had the best porkchops tonight. They were so juicy. Man, I haven't eaten good pork in so long.

Decided to use leftover pie dough to make cinnamonsugar and butter dumpling things instead of making pinwheels.

I'll share with you the results later. unfortunately i don't have a camera

Steamed a burger for late night snack. Pretty good stuff actually, I can see why its a regional food in.. was it Connecticut or Cincinatti? Something C I think

I made chocolate chip cookies because we didn't have any good sweet-tooth snacks in the house. I gotta make these last for the next few days.

They turned out alright, a bit too 'pie crust' tasting for me but everyone else seemed to love them.

The cookies were a bit hard, but otherwise good. I was afraid I put in too much cinnamon but it was just the right amount, I think.

Naw man, steamed burgers are actually a regional thing. They're pretty darn good, too.

There's a little place in Connecticut that's known for them.
