In retrospect, it would have been better to come out with this as soon as Angelic made her claim.



I am the cop. Angelic is a liar, and is attempting to get Chopstix lynched. She is either cult or mafia, though I can't be sure which.
Night 0: Investigated Supaaku, who turned up as innocent.
Night 1: Tried investigating Tammerath, got hooked.
Night 2: Investigated Crisp, revealed as guilty. Became completely useless information as soon as the day started.

I've been trying to play very quietly thus far, but I don't think we could bear to lose a possible innocent to cop fraud. I will vote AngelicSongX, naturally.

I make a new votecount post so I don't have to go back multiple pages and of course it's the last post on a page.

How is cult worse than mafia? Heck, I don't even think anyone cared about it's existence until benson died as cultist.

Now, EGoat, who else was it who claimed to be cop?

Well, it was this person right here, see. She points out Chopstix immediately and says "guilty, go get it!!!!", only providing the info that a cop really should provide off the bat (her daily investigations) later, only after she revealed her "role". The reason we are after the cult and not the mafia is that the cult has a significant lead right now, while the mafia seems to have fallen behind by a few; hunting for cult members is going to be more beneficial today than hunting for mafia members is.

One more thing!


Angelic claims instantly that she investigated Chopstix on day one, and says that Chopstix was revealed to be mafia. But when I investigated Crisp last night, the investigation report merely said "guilty". In fact, the rules of the game itself state that a cop report will only reveal whether a player is innocent or guilty; not mafia or cult.



So Angelic, why assume Chopstix is mafia, when the info you supposedly got only told you Chopstix was guilty? I think you're more concerned with putting a hit out on Chopstix than you are with helping the town out, to be honest.

Not exactly sure who to trust here. Angelic claims to have been hooked twice in a row, but I don't see why Mafia would do that when they have barely any information and cop's investigating isn't very noticeable.

On the other hand, E Goat's providing information that we already know. It's fairly convenient.

We have a lead with Angelic, and if E Goat is telling the truth, he's as good as dead tonight with nothing gained for us. If Angelic is telling the truth, we have Chopstix AND E Goat has explaining to do.

If we trust E Goat... then we could go after Angelic, who is possibly innocent. But that's our only information.

Then there's Chopstix. He seems to be very concerned about the Cult, and trying to get out of being lynched because they pose a threat.

But could he be the Cult Leader that he's telling us to look for?

I'm not quite sure what to do, but right now we have 8 non-mafia (with a max 3 Cultists running around) to 3 mafia. I think Chopstix could be our best lead to figure out what's going on without killing a potential cop. We'll know who's telling the truth tomorrow.

And if it helps, the Gunsmith can give someone who can be trusted a gun to finish off the fake cop tomorrow.

And E Goat, simply put, it's possible that Angelic didn't think that guilty could mean anything except Mafia. She seemed to forget about the miller, and it seems pretty much everyone is forgetting about the Cult, so...

Don't take my vote personally, but trying to kill the imposter right now risks losing a power role that the mafia doesn't have to personally kill. Worst case scenario, we kill a townie and figure out who to kill tomorrow.

I revealed it later, because at first I thought that since they were failed investigations it wouldn't help much. (Plus, getting distracted two nights in a row by a hooker is shameful to any cop.) I haven't even put the Cult into consideration until Chopstix reminded me of them. Because usually in mafia games I've played, if they're not even a threat unless they can kill at random, or kill at all. Plus, the mafia has to be dead for them to win, along with the gunsmith and no guns can be allowed in town. I think that's a little hard to do.


I didn't say he was revealed a mafia at all! And is that even what your investigations said exactly? Because my exact words were:


You know why? Because that investigative report was given to me in that exact riddle! If I hadn't said it meant they were mafia, they could've quickly claimed they went down a long hard road of self discovery and thus were forever a miller.
