A healthy sleep schedule is 7-8 hours a day. Maybe 9 for some people.

Too much sleep is just as bad as too little.

Speaking from my 10 days before Christmas of sleeping 10-20 hours a day, oversleeping is a fucking terrible thing and generally a sign of some kind of illness.

Thankfully, I've kicked it.

Because I slept 10 hours, then stayed up for like 18 hoping to get my internal clock restarted, and then my body just went "oh god" and decided to sleep for 20 hours because really cold.

So ???

Are you talking about your carpal tunnel, or am I missing something?

Yeah. In some ways it's better but in some it's worse and my doctor has suggested that it like.. may not go away on its own no matter how much rest I get at this point.
