Both were excellent.

I watched Gunslinger Girl because my sister wanted me too (not the one who likes Twilight, the other one with not sucky-taste)
It struck me as a little odd that they would decide to make super-soldiers out of little girls of all things.

That's the point. Who expects a little girl to be a trained assassin?
Or maybe the Social Welfare Agency that recruited them is made up of pedophiles.

I haven't seen that anime, but maybe they're making soldiers out of little girls because they're something that people don't want to hurt, even if they're hurting you. Like if certain animals attack you, you try to get them to stop, but without hurting them too much. I remember reading about this tactic being used in real wars.
So anyway, how bout them anime music?

Same. Looking really good so far.

Not really. It's got god-awful pacing and it's directed all awkwardly or something.

Thank god, someone else who thinks so.

I recently started watching Hunter x Hunter again. AMAZING!
It's unlike any other anime I have seen in a while... and to think that it is somewhat old too.

If you aren't sure if you want to watch it let me tell you this:
One of the main characters, Killua Zoldyck, is a kid assassin with crazy strength who can be electrocuted and poisoned and easily shrug it off.
And he later gets really heavy yo-yos as a weapon, plus he can manipulate his aura to generate electricity AND he can use both at the same time for an electric yo-yo attack. (as seen in Jump Ultimate Stars)
Has anyone here seen the anime Blue Seed. My big brother (One of them anyway) showed to me when I was ten. None of my friends have seen it though. I also like:

Tenchi Muyo
Ouran High School Host Club
Death Note
DBZ
Dragon Ball
Code Geass
Naruto
Bleach
Soul Eater
Sakura Card Captor
Tsubasa Chronicals
Blood +
FMA
Black Cat
Yugioh
Inuyasha

And here's some manga, but I'm not sure if there's anime to them yet.

+Anima
07 Ghosts

that's all I can think of right now

For me... Pokemon, the first episode. And before that... Pokemon, the 10th Movie.

I will say one thing though: I didn't realise that the anime was genuinely well written! I largely thought the appeal was for the Pokemon association, not the actual quality of the show.
I'm seriously not kidding! Watch it again sometime.

I saw all the main series ones, not the (largely crappy) side-series ones.

My favourite Manga altogether, by far! Although I've never actually seen the anime version.

I... kept up with it a good bit of the way, but then stopped. A good friend of mine used to absolutely adore it.

Read it. Didn't think much of it. Said good friend still adores it.

Seriously?

Excuse me while I laugh at your expense.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAH oh man!

I've watched quite a few animes. I've watched:
Death Note
Shugo Chara (Although I started reading the Manga instead)
Sailor Moon
Ojamajo Doremi (Carnival and most of Sharp, haven't started Motto yet.)
Cardcaptor Sakura
and of course, Pokemon. (Both Anime and Manga.)

Nah, don't worry about it. I'm very much a sad strange little child. (Toy Story rocks!) Though to be honest, I only watch Inuyasha because it's fun to laugh at Naraku. As for Yugioh (Yuugiou is the original name I think. I might have misspelled it.) I'm just that lame.

My brother Josh is obessed with One Piece. It was the very first manga he had ever read and our big brother Tony was the one who bought it for him. I like it I guess. Nami rocks.
