The Creative Games thread.

HERE WE GO

watch it devolve into some sort of debate involving wii and some other shit

Okay let's get this out of the way.

Wii Graphics Sucks
PS3 Games Sux
XBox360 is just for dumb Halo fans
You all are wrong, the only videogame system worth owning is the Atari 2600

There, I just saved us 10 pages of meaningless arguing.

Tales of the Abyss, especially character-wise.

I still think Super Smash Bros. was a pretty original fighting game.

(Karilyn you suck)

I don't own many creative games so I'd have to say Assassin's Creed is as close to a creative game that I got.

Metal Gear and Metal Gear Solid.

First stealth-action games. And the story is mind-numbing to boot.

Silent Hill 1&2- The rest of them, while entertaining, didn't add too much sadly.

Resident Evil(Zero, 1(includes REmake), 2, 3, Code Veronica)- The newer ones are very...EASY in comparison.

Metal Gear (All except for MGS2)- Agreeing with Fauche... Though number 2 didn't add anything, except for Raiden and more mind numbing story...

Haunting Ground- While Clock Tower beat it to the evasion system, I think Haunting Ground perfected it. It also has gorgeous graphics, and an excellent story to boot.

SUPER MARIO 64- I remember when this game came out.... None of my family has beaten it YET.

Space Station Silicon Valley.
You are a robot called in with your friend Danger Dan to investigate a giant space station that's been turned from futuristic petting zoo to hostile animal take over. Upon crash landing because you were fighting over the radio music you are reduced to a microchip that can hope into "Dead" animals and take over their abilities like a sky wolf with missles, a polar bear tank, a hynea that kills by laughter or even a fox on wheels that teleports at high speed.

Tell me how that's not creative and brilliant. I fucking love that game D:

I didn't think of that one...I guess they were. They were also really fun, now that I think about it.

They are to a point... After an ingame year or two of doing the same thing over and over, you kinda get mindlessly bored.

I got bored after one season to be honest. I can only run around getting the same stuff OVER and OVER so many times before I get bored doing it.

A wonderful life was awesome. I played every morning for a year. A real year.
Until the calf glitch made me stop. Poor lil calf was all sad when it came back.

You could pretty much say that for every Tales game.
