My cat has serious objections to this game.

Pay no attention to the cat behind the curtain!

They smell so bad.
As Fauche said, they only stink if you don't clean out their cage, otherwise they smell like any other rodents. But hamters and ferrets are notroious for having a horrible STANK if you don't keep them and their habitat nice and clean.

I worked with ferrets at the SPCA a lot. They never smelled because their cages were always cleaned at least once a day, since there was a "rodent girl" that tended to them, and if she didn't come in, I - the "cat girl" (lol) - tended to them.

1 out of every 3 was a biter though, be it playfully or in warning/fright. I personally don't want ferrets for this reason.

Before I moved I had two dogs, small fluffy things. Shih tzu/name-I-can't-spell-right mix. We kept their hair short and they were way bigger than they normally should be; they were almost medium-sized dogs instead of being lap dogs. They were MY dogs, but I couldn't bring them with me so they stayed with my family.

If you count pets I live with now, even if they're not technically mine, I currently live with a wiener dog named Yoda (girl - we call her Yodie and Yub Yub for nicknames). In Tuxedo Mask's parents house, which I visit often, there's *takes deep breath and tries to remember all the names* ...

Mouse the munchkin, Chewie (guess what he loves to do to fingers and toes), Satsuki the crybaby, Maui the monster, Joey the storyteller, and Magic the scaredy cat are all the cats, I think.

Mayoki the king shepherd, and Molly, Mojo, and Macki the shih tzus are all the dogs.

They also have some fish I've never really learned the names of.

I think every animal except the fish, Satsuki, and Molly were adopted from animal shelters or rescued from hostile environments. They have a "cat run" built on the side of their house, although they close it off to the cats during the winter.

Then both of Tuxedo Mask's uncles have dogs, one being Smudge and the other being Chico. Smudge is just a mutt, I think, but Chico is a chihuahua/miniature pinscher mix, and he was also saved from an abusive home too.

Edit: Oh right, and we sort of have a pet rabbit. It's a wild rabbit that keeps getting into the back yard somehow, but he doesn't care if we get up close to him as long as we let him eat out of the garden. He'll even let you pet him if you don't approach him too quickly and let him smell you first. He runs away at the first sight of Yoda though.

I have two dogs, both terriers (yay...) and two cats. And a hamster, that really should not still be alive right now.

Anyway, I have a six year old dog named Hijinx. He's a wired-hair fox terrier. He doesn't like people.

Next up is my brother's Schnauzer Inigo Montoya. He is one weird little dog. Waaaay to over protective of my brother.

Then we have the two cats we got this year, Olimar and Ripley.
We got them when they were kittens. I got the grey cat, and my mom got the calico. She named hers after a character from the Alien series. I named mine after Captain Olimar from Pikmin. No fuck you that was a good game.

And last up is my single surviving hamster. I don't even know which one it was.. I had four to start out with. Wayne, Garth, Bill and Ted. I think Wayne killed Garth. I had homicidal hamsters that did not play well with others. When we moved, I gave Wayne to one of my friends. A week later I got an email informing me that Wayne got ran over with a vacuum cleaner. How the fuck does that even happen?
Bill or Ted, I can't really tell the difference between the two, was mortally wounded from the fights that Wayne would pick with them, but would not die. He finally kicked the bucket a month ago. Now there's only one left.

I have a pet ferret. Ferrets are really friendly animals, but they steal EVERYTHING! She takes anything and everything she can carry or drag off and hides it.

My kitten eats everything. Cereal, chocolate, honey, plastic, whatever. So we have to keep stuff thats harmful in drawers.
She eats flies. Regularly. Which is good because in the UK there is a freaking plague of flies.

I used to have a toy poodle which my mom had before I was even born, it died at 15 however. I have pictures but not with me right now, loved that dog.

I have two dogs, one named Luka, and the other Daisy. Daisy was named after my brother, sister, and I came up with the name, yes, we all thought of the same name. I got Luka the day before Meigurine Luka came out, the rest of my family liked the name, so now her name is Luka.

We have two cats; one's nearly fifteen, she's called Tinker. Tinker can't get down after climbing up trees, so you need to climb up after her. Good thing she doesn't scratch. The other's about two, called Flossy. Flossy's terrified of birds. Any go near her and she comes inside yowling her head off.

Used to have a cat called Dixie, she cried all the time and hid in cupboards. Another one we used to have was Jess, big fat thing that was violent to everyone but me XD. And of course we've had a few smaller ones, hamster called Blackie, gerbil called Sooty (mental, this one!), hamster called Freddy, another hamster called Benjamin that we rechristened Bitey.
