Maybe it's just me, but I love many musicals/operas/things similar etc. I think it started with disney movies...

Rocky Horror Picture Show

High School Musical (I like it because it's like Grease, I have to concentrate on cutting out the crap in it.)

crap...my mind just went blank on others. I guess maybe including things like Nightmare Before Christmas/Corpse Bride/Willy Wonka

I guess I should correct myself a tad. I love many GOOD musicals.
A lot are total crap.
