guys, my mom found this bomb recipe for zucchini "crab" cakes that i wanted to share with you guys

2lbs grated zucchini
1 egg beaten
2 tbs of melted butter
1 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 minced onion
1 tps old bay seasoning
1/4 cup of all purpose flour

In a large bowl combine zucchini, eggs, and butter/margarine. Stir in bread crumbs, minced onion, and seasoning then mix well.

Shape into patties and cover in flour

heat oil over med heat and fry patties until golden brown on each side

(sorry if there is a cooking thread, i dont remember if there is one!)

I made these a couple days ago and they are delicious.

I ate sushi and sashimi in a Japanese restaurant for the first time today. It was pretty good, but it's like they put a shitton of rice in it and then needed something really powerful to break the taste. It was unbalanced I guess, not something I'd eat regularly. The place was called Samourai though, so it could've been as shitty restaurant.

So AZ, how do you like your steak?

Marinated for a day or more! How cooked it is doesn't matter too much though. I'll eat it with or without PANK. I'm no steak afficianado.

I like a meat sauce that cooks low and slow in a crockpot all day. Wonderful smell in the house all day long and gets you in the mood for a nice big meal.

Since I got my braces off I've been eating everything that I haven't had in three years.

List so far:
Stride Mystery gum
3 bags of popcorn
10 apples (sour green)
caramel
taffy, for the first time
fudge

and soon I will have my candy apples

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOON
