Pre-ordered because I am very excite.

From the info I read about on the site, it seems like it'll be good. I loved the world of the first game and the story, it was just the gameplay itself that felt a bit dated so I'm hoping they updated that a bit.

I might start with Charr because a race focusing primarily on its military sounds interesting.

so the official server list was announced. and if the betas and stress tests are anything to go by, you can't change servers once you choose one without deleting the characters.

Wrong.
You can change server any time (unless the sever you want to go to is full)
The first option is to visit the server as a guest.
The you keep the boni from your old server (the ones from WvW)
and it cost you nothing at all.
Then you can change your server but for this you have to pay 1800 gems (or whatever the things are called).
Oh and if you change the server you change it with your whole account.

I'm just gonna post the entire part for that from their site, but I'm pop flyin' servers won't be set in stone at the start.

So I completely forgot this, but I guess pre-orders (not sure if it's every version) got you a 3 day head start so you can download the client on the 25th and play. I know what I'll be doing this weekend.

Except I'm still torn on what class/race to play first and I don't want to make a bunch of characters to start with because it will distract me from actually playing the game.

Game finally comes out tomorrow so I guess I'll drop my account name in here so I can pal up with all of you. Account name is AltBucket.6328. I'm currently on the Henge of Denravi server, but for the immediate future server hopping is free, so I'll move wherever. My only long term goals for this game are to have fun and bring much glory to THE MANTRAIN.

But man, I'm having so much fun playing this. I'm not very far though because I keep making new characters (I've used up 4 of my 5 character slots.) I've only reached one of the starter cities so far (Norn) and I like how big it feels. Haven't actually explored the whole thing yet, but already it seems bigger than any city from GW. Also, I missed out on all the beta weekends so it's my first time actually experiencing the combat and I love it.

After going closer it shows a lot more people there helping fight it, so we defeat the world boss and a huge chest appears that everyone that participated can loot from, the events in this game are great.

Well, I see no problem with making Maguuma the AZ server. Too bad making guilds is currently down. My name feels empty without the [DIX] (I think that was our tag...) behind it. Except you guys are higher levels then me because I keep screwing around with new characters so I need to do some catching up.
