Actually the big characters in the middle are katakana, they say "SEGA ENTERPRISES".

The hiragana say "tanoshii" or something like it. Means "fun" sort of. Then an infinity symbol. Thus,

FUN IS INFINITE WITH SEGA ENTERPRISES.

THen it's signed "Majin".

tbh she has done quite a few creepy things, during the Monster Ball there's an interlude where she eats a heart and a girl pukes on her and blood is dripping everywhere and so on. Still a fantastic concert though.
