Ask someone you like to a movie or something and see if it takes off from there. That's how it worked form me and Breanna. We went out for pizza, learned we're both Poke-Nerds, and gamers. Shit falls into place like that.

Last time I asked something like that of a friend it just made things awkward. People generally see me as a person who'd actually...idk, want to date people I guess. Like, people seem to somehow assume I must be asexual/not romantic at all and have no such needs. It's weird.

Wiffle, if I may, I think you just need a change of pace in life. You're in high school right? Trust me it's a whole 'nother world outside of there, especially if you decide to go to college or maybe move somewhere... or just start meeting new people, especially if you can find a group of people that are more like yourself or share more common interests.

I mean, you still have to make it through this stage of your life, but there's much more to look forward to than what's here now.

Actually I'm pretty sure Wiffle is in college, considering he talks frequently about financial aid issues.

if that's the case, there's a lot of opportunities to branch out, maybe get involved in something new and meet new folks. I don't know exactly what opportunities are close to you, but there's always something out there to get you out of a rut, if you look hard enough. Maybe join a club, or just finding a new hangout spot where you can meet folks. Not saying a potential significant other is just gonna fall in your lap but you never know what you might find.

Some people don't even meet the right person until after they turn 30 and have a bunch of failed relationships.

After about a week of trying to make plans to see each other and after finally definitely agreeing on a day to try for, my kind-of-girlfriend called it off. I got upset and started expressing that I was frustrated and upset and a bit offended (she didn't really help, the gist of her comments was just that she didn't understand why I was upset), and I managed to be so clingy and annoying about it that the relationship is in jeopardy.
Bluh.

goddamn it I want to go see a friend of mine but it dosen't seem like it's gonna work out before he goes to Idaho.

So I have this friend who keeps in touch with me who's pretty much an annoying shit head but whatever, I can somehow tolerate him. And today, was just not his day, he legit cried, his parents were treating him like shit and he got into a fight with one of his friends because his friend's girlfriend pitted them against each other.

The latter half patched up but I just feel really bad for him...

Found a kitten just sitting in the road this morning, soaked and malnourished. My partner immediately scooped it up and kept it in the van for the rest of the route. It couldn't have been more than three weeks old. We thought maybe it had gotten hit with a sprinkler, freaked out, and ran away from its mother, but from how skinny it was we thought it might have gotten separated a day or two ago. She said she would take to a vet's office as soon as possible, and asked me if my mother would want it. I said yes she would, but we can't, we've just got too many animals as it is. Coming home I tried to dry it with my shirt, but it started climbing up to my shoulder and nestled itself against my beard. Poor thing.

Tomomi is dead and I am quite sad.

He was our pet caterpillar.
