Though I find it interesting how he is protecting his family and friends. His crappy comics are his own, no one else deserves what he's went through.
He's not protecting anyone. He's just repeating what he hears on TV: if (BAD GUY) threatens (FRIEND), (FLAWLESS HERO) must say (I AM YOUR TARGET) to make (BAD GUY) stop threatening (FRIEND). Except he's missing the part where the hero comes out of the woodwork so the villain can actually target him instead of the bystander.
Besides, I'm pretty sure nobody goes after Barb or Rocky, and Anna kinda deserves anything she gets for exploiting Chris for efame. She wants to be known as The Girl Who Fixed Chris-chan, but she refuses to listen to people who have actually tried to help him and insists that the only way to fix Chris is to let Chris govern his own actions(we all know how that turns out). She's also attempted to get Chris to cease contact with Jackie, who has never been anything less than helpful.
Y'know, I just realized that he's releasing facebook notes at more or less the same rate he used to release videos. Glad to see he's regaining some confidence.
I jumped when I saw my name. But then I realized he's not talking about me, so I felt better.

When we last left off, it was mid-October 2009. Liquid had just returned, and Chris was making videos like this:
Realizing that simply returning to the internet wasn't getting Chris's attention, Liquid claimed that Chris had almost won Kacey's heart.
Now, around now, the events that would lead to the Wallflower Saga were taking place. Chris, independent of any outside suggestions, enrolled in a relationship management course, presumably because he thought that it was real life dating education. At some point before January 2010, Rocky found out and had him join a social group for young adults instead.
This didn't stop Chris from using the information he picked up to criticize Liquid in his typical manner.
And so it continued.
However, he couldn't possibly pass up on a chance to get some tail.
At some point, Chris and Kacey met in person and had what Chris counts as a date. It was pretty much the same as Chris's date with Emily, except with no adult supervision sans Kim. He may have tried to facebattle Kacey at the end. As in, he motioned for a hug, and Kacey felt sorry for him and went for it. At which point she realized that Chris was going to try to facebattle her the moment she looked up, so she "accidentally" headbutted him.
I'm pretty sure it was. But I guess Chris's logic was "Oh, she says she doesn't like it, and she says I shouldn't do it or else, but she'll change her mind if I do the exact opposite of what she said".
Late October 2009 consisted of two events. The first event was Chris's bid to win access to Kacey's fat pants.
He also began a campaign against Clyde Cash/Gregg Mays.
His videos would alternate between insulting Liquid, the battle between the two to win Kacey, and Chris's attempt to blackmail Clyde with gay pornography.
Do you want the blackmail story or the Kacey story first?
Oh, and in case you're wondering, those videos I posted were filmed on the 25th and 27th, respectively. Knowing Chris, he was wearing that outfit for three days.
On the 27th, Chris uploaded his first blackmail video to ClydeGreggCashMays(henceforth known as CGCM).
Chris spent a week uploading one video for each day Clyde didn't publicly reveal his personal information.
On the third day we got this:
And on the fourth day we had this:
By now you can tell that the picture is of two men in a compromising position. In case you're wondering, the one on top is wearing boxers.
When blackmail proved ineffective, Chris attempted to supplement it by growling at Clyde while playing Eye of the Tiger.
Then, hilarity struck. Chris uploaded one of his most controversial videos ever.
As far as I know, the CGCM saga was entirely Chris's idea. Even if a troll supplied the initial picture, the decision to mock 9/11 was entirely Chris's.
Of course, this all came back to bite Chris in the booty, as Kacey "had a grandmother who died in the 9/11 attacks".
Now, some people were deeply offended by Chris's attempt at an apology. I found it hilariously inept as usual. I especially loved the part where he tried to sing God Bless America before realizing that he doesn't know the words.
Of course, this didn't stop him from continuing his blackmail spree:
Of course, on the very next day he gave up and released the full photo. Presumably, he ran out of ways he could shoop it into other pictures.
But it really didn't matter, because his battle with Liquid was in full swing by that point.
