What? No no I was for certain that Tarlok was working for Amon.
I think he knows who he is.
Or at the very least, being used my Amon.

The best part was defiantly Korra's reaction to Ikki.
Besides the whole amazing fight scene between Tarlok and Korra.

Prediction time:
Prediction level: hazy guess work.
I thing Tarlok(or his father) was once the most amazing blood bender ever and had a bill or something passed (or someone killed like toph?) while he controlled the avatar and people who would stop him. Then a bunch of shit happened cause Its speculation.
THE END

I knew everything was going to shit when Tarlock passed the law that rendered non-benders powerless but I didn't know it was going to THIS LEVEL OF SHIT
Oh man that bloodbending came out of nowhere I love it

I have not seen one bad episode of this show

The only things I'm trying to figure out are HOW Tarlok knows Bloodbending, how Korra knows about Bloodbending, and how they both know about the Full Moon requirement. Katara and co. should be the only ones who know...

Unless, did Hama have a child? But that wouldn't make sense since she taught Bloodbending to Katara to carry it on.

Also, I guess Katara decided to to at least tell Korra about bloodbending, though why Korra would need to know about it if it was going to die with Katara, I don't know.

Maybe we'll figure this out whenever Korra contacts Aang, if she ever does.

I'd imagine Katara would at least tell Korra about the existence and evils of bloodbending, but probably not about her own experience with it. As far as Tarlock goes, who knows what his secrets are. We'll just have to wait and find out

Oh jesus.
Tarlok is much more dangerous than I expected.
And was that him in the flashback, or am I mistaken?

You're assuming that Hama never got the opportunity to teach anyone else and that no one else was smart enough to figure it out on their own. Katara probably taught Korra about it in the interest of her safety. It's not like it was guaranteed to die with Katara, only highly likely.

Yeah, if one person could figure it out on their own, certainly others could too

oh my god it started to well and then BAM ahhh ahhh ahhh

predicton: i think perhaps tarlok's father was charged for bloodbending and was imprisoned but not before he taught his son and his son vowed to get revenge or some cliche like that. Or more likely tarlok is just a really nasty person.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that was him. Which is why I think that we'll learn more about Tarlok when Korra contacts Aang, if she ever does.

I KNOW WHO AMON REALLY IS.

Interesting thought, but Chi blockers work by temporarily disabling chakra sections of the body, disrupting the flow and keeping benders from bending. If Tarlok is indeed Amon, could it be that he's using Bloodbending to fuck with the chakra spots to achieve the same results as Spiritbending without being Energybending (and being flashy)? Just a theory, though after this episode, I'm not quite sure Tarlok is Amon. He seemed really rustled at Korra for comparing them.

Episode 12 should have a pop flyin' ending.

I mean, I'm sure only like, 1 or 2 (3 Max) main characters will die. That'll be pop flyin', right?
