The problem is, there's a lot of food like those that sounds tasty, but isn't sold in Australia. So, here's the thing. There's also food in Australia that they don't sell in other countries. Like vegemite, and jumpies (potato chips shaped like kangaroos.) I propose that these foods be exchanged. I mail you something that sounds interesting from Australia, you mail me something that sounds interesting from your country. Hmmm?

Well, in Canada, the only thing I can think of is poutine and real maple syrup.

According to that page though, it seems like Coffee Crisp, Mr. Big, Caramilk, Big Turk, Cherry Blossom, Crispy Crunch, and Aero are all Canadian, but a lot of them are in other countries with name variants or just different products under the same name.

Real maple syrup does not come only from Canada. They make tons of it in Vermont and they make some in other North Eastern states. There is a small company in my town that comes around and taps all the trees for sap to make syrup and maple sugar.


I would definitely like to get my hands on these.

Just saying, I may be willing to want to trade some snacks with someone. I still have to get informed about prices for exports and everything, so I can't really confirm I will do it.
