It was a bit past 5 am and I was about to finish fapping but for whatever reason, my sister was strutting around the house. I managed to slip by to the bathroom downstairs and then back to my room without getting detected.

So I don't really get how fiber works, and Wikipedia didn't help a whole lot.

Does it just make your poo more regular in general, or does it only really help for constipation?

almost 20 years of digestion issues, you'd think I'd be an expert

Fiber is plant material the body cannot digest. It moves through the intestines and helps clear them out while making sure bowel movements are regular, rather than you being constipated because there's nothing to move stuff through the tubes.

All I know is things are magically better when I've had fiber. I just thought it was weird since constipation usually isn't my issue, it's that other usual Number 2 problem.

From some vigorous wikipeding I have learnt that fibre comes in two forms. Soluble (meaning it retains water) and insoluble (meaning it doesn't). It's important to have both to improve consistency.
