Oh hey I'd love to take this thing up. I have a raging fucking boner for this RP. I just need to get Blitz's background notes such as how much super power everyone has (alternatively I could just go through and calculate it myself). The only thing I'd really have an issue with is the geography but I'm sure that's been explained too.
Anyway:
