Seriously what is up with you guys and trying to lock every new thread! It gets old, and annoying!

But... what is the point of this thread? I mean you showed us the dubs so what now?

Pffft, what now you ask me? I started this thing to advertise my dubs a bit and that was it. Discussion? Well that's obvious, praise it, flame it, critique it, it would also be fantastic if some people would also come forward and offer a voice. As it stands I still only have 3 people on my team and there's, what? Twenty some odd characters in the entirety of the comic. I'm also thinking about maybe dubbing the comics with Katie in them. I dunno. Maybe I'll message her forum profile or something and ask about that.

(But in all honesty I think my next dub will be the entire arch of "The One Where Roy Comes Back.)

People are also free to request a dub of a particular comic if they want.

I could also say when a new dub is out I suppose to try and keep things lively. But, eh, that might just be a little over board on the attention whore side.

well, posting when you made a new bud would be helpful for people who like them so instead of having to check all the time on your site they come here and they know about it. It wouldn't be attention whory.

I would offer a voice but my mic sucks and I probably live states away from you.

Okay, I finally watched some of the videos, and just two things really bothered me.

The endings, giving credit to everyone who voiced and stuff. The video should be only about the comic, you can leave credits in the description.

And by how everyone say things really slow at times, taking a long time to say something, when I probably had already read everything that is in the image of the video. (I'm saying this with the #09 comic dub in mind). I just think things go really slow sometimes there.

For the voices, heh, I can't really critic it.

Oh, and if you want to directly talk to Katie, I would recommend sending an e-mail, it's probably better than sending a PM here.

*sigh* Send me a voice clip anyway. If it's about the quality of the mic I might be able to get around that with my own handy dandy audio editor program. I can delete static and certain blips in sound so seriously. It's worth trying out if you want to because I'm willing to go for almost anything. Also, specify what characters you think you'd do best IF you send in a voice clip.

You know... I am kinda doing these dubs for free without getting paid or anything else of the sort. The least I can freaking do is credit myself, and everybody else, who helped in the videos.

Reading speed if of course faster than speech. It's always up to the voice actor on how fast they say something, in other words, it's just how they imagine it. Some people will of course probably imagine the speed differently. All we can do is the best we can.

But I'm saying from a "general-person" seeing the video. I wanted to watch the comic dub, and in some of the videos the credits took a lot time. Think of it like this: When you see a movie, a lot of people leave the theater when the credits roll because they don't really want to stay there reading who made that. Still, it's not like they didn't like them. Leaving credits in the description would do the job you want, and would let the video be a lot more entertaining.

Still, I think you all can do better.

OH F**K!

VOICE ACTORS DEMANDING A MORE PROMINENT CREDIT THAN THE WRITERS (the writers being the ones who actually have any talent)!

IT'S HOLLYWOOD ALL OVER AGAIN!

First of all, wrong, voice acting demands as much talent as writing. Second of all, I happen to be a rather accomplished writer myself (My writing is actual better than my voice... why am I doing this again? Oh, right, boredom and trying to branch out.) Third of all, I'm giving Katie just as much credit as myself.

People, shut up. At the end of a movie, there are credits. At the end of a flash, there are credits. All people involved in something MUST BE CREDITED or else we get rustled off individuals and broken laws.

So seriously, don't complain. I'm not asking you to watch the credits, just like going to a theater, you're free to get up and leave, and don't let the door hit you on the way out.

I was actually trying to give advice about that, you're free to do whatever you want with the video. I thought you wanted opinions on it, but alright, I'll not say anything about it anymore.

Oh no, I want opinions. I still do.
But, what I don't want are illogical complaints about something so silly as "There are credits at the end of this video"

Also, not entirely aimed at you but aimed at anybody who would probably also complain about this if I didn't say anything.

Please understand, I'm not trying to bash you or anything of the sort. All I ask is be reasonable in your advice or critiques. I can take criticism that says I'm bad in some way (If I couldn't why would I still be bothering on the AZ forums?) But what I won't stand for, as I said, is idiotic complaints about something that's not even entirely relevant.

Look, I wasn't complaining about it. I just think the videos could be more entertaining without them, I was not saying about the credits themselves. Sure, as you said, people can just leave after the comic is over and not even see the credits, I agree with that.

What I'm trying to say is that what I was really trying to get into, was the extra time about things that aren't about the comic, again, not about the credits themselves. Maybe you could have really misunderstood that by the way I said that, so oh well.

Also, in the theater explanation thing, I was just trying to give you a reason to not let those more seconds in the end of it.
