One of the few F2P games worth playing. If you are new to the game this video helps a little:

If you are new to the game never start with commandos like the Assassin or Captain Spark. Start with someone easy like Assault. Cheston, or Megabeth.

I saw a trailer for that game a while back and I thought it looked a bit interesting, but I also thought it would fall flat on its face for being a TF2 clone. Shows how much attention I payed...

Now to getting that game.

Played both original MNC and this. I'd definitely say it's worth giving a try.

I need to redownload it though soon.

I'm really liking it, Megabeth is my main so far.

Too bad I can't buy any of the other locked pros without using real cheddar, can't use the in-game made credits.

Edit: Seems like you can buy other pros with credits, didn't see that the other day.

Just a quick question for someone who is playing, is the community still as bad as it was before?

I'd be very surprised if the community has actually improved.

I like that you can buy the TF2 crossover gear for in-game currency now. Also community is still as hilarious as ever

Are the things you earn by levelling up better than the starting items or is it balanced? How about the stuff you have to pay for?

Everything you buy with cheddar is cosmetic (weapon skins, character skins, etc.).

The only things that improve your character are endorsements and products, and can only be bought with combat coins (which you get after each match).

You can buy CC and exp. boosts with cheddar to double what you get for set amounts of times or wins.

I've only seen one thing improve by leveling (outside of matches) is the number of endorsements you can use. The stuff you pay for with in-game currency, there's products, endorsements and more characters.

You need to play a lot to unlock certain characters though, such as the Sniper, Gunslinger, Assassin and Captain Spark. Of course, you can also buy things with real cheddar instead of game coins (taunts, skins and bundles only able to be purchased with cheddar or finding it in the end game prize).

I find the character unlocks with coins take too long for my taste but I'm going for sniper at the moment.

I gave this game a try and had a total blast with combat girl. this might fill the tf2 scratch I've been having for a while without the large memory footprint.

Decided to let sniper wait and go for Veteran.

Fuck this, people keep stealing the kills of those whom I pull. I also hate gunners because they go into the air then slam down.
Then coupled with repeated lag spikes during a match, veteran becomes weak. Can't hit a single player due to shitty internet.
