depends on how developed it is

im going to be honest here but i have a third nipple on the underside of my right tit. It's very small, barely has a very shallow "pucker" that is more like a tiny dent/puncture, and all in all it looks more like a pimple. but it has the same coloration and texture as my nipples and can get a little stiff under stimulation. but considering how underdeveloped it is, there is p much 0 chance of it ever being functional were i to have a child.

Yeah, it depends because my mum had a... she describes it as a third boob or something, but it lactated with the rest of them. Apparently it was just a lump that swelled as it produced milk without it having anywhere to go before they cut it off.
