AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Whupwhupwhupwhupwhup
is heard above Isla Del Guerrero. A lone helicopter hovers high above the shore. Clad in radar deflecting matte black armor and flitting amongst the patchy black clouds left from some freak storm, it's almost invisible. Vance O'Connor sits in the hold, looking out from the open door and trying to figure out where to start. The pilot leans back and shouts into the hold,
"This whole thing sounds like a suicide mission to me, but where do you want me to drop you off?"
Where would you like to be dropped?

>I check my ever-present Adventuring Map of Adventure and choose one of the more out-of-the-way areas.

Up to you to decide because I'm clueless when it comes to this island's map.

>Who needs maps when you can see the whole thing from up here? The island takes the shape of an oblong circle. Surrounding the island is a ring of wreckage from countless ships throughout the ages, sandy shores line the island except for a rocky cliff jutting up from the northeast rim of the island. Lush jungle blankets the island from beach to beach, save for a few open trails leading to the titanic mountain rising out from the middle of the island.
>Where to drop?

>I drop onto the cliff without killing myself.

>You motion towards the rocky cliffs. The pilot nods and manuevers the copter over the cliffs. You hop to your feet and grab a hold of a handle at the door.
"I can't stay up here for very long, they're defenses are sure to catch on." They pilot sez.
Anything else you want to do before you jump?

>Tighten the band keeping my ponytail up and take the leap.

>You take a moment to adjust your ponytail when you notice a light coming from the base of the mountain.
"Hold up, getting something on radar..." The pilot tells you in a bored voice.
You hesitate for a second when the pilot suddenly shouts,
"Shit, Shit, shit! Missile incoming!"
A silvery tube of death careens towards you helicopter trailing a white plume of smoke.
"Bail out!" The pilot yells while jumping out the chopper.
In the excitement the band holding your ponytail fell out of your hands. You leap from the chopper just as the missile strikes. You are enveloped in a cloud of black smoke, shrapnel and helicopter chunks. You burst from the wreckage plummeting at a furious clip. You see the pilot fumble a parachute open off in the distance. Back to your mission though, the cliffs are quickly approaching, you've reached terminal velocity and any sane person would have fumbled with a parachute by now.
Do you do anything before you hit the unforgiving earth?

>Angle into my descent to barrel roll into the fall for the least amount of damage taken.
>Also give me my fuckin' ponytail.

>You hit your terminal velocity and screech through the air, a flowing corona of hair behind you. You spy a strip of black fabric just ahead of you. You spread your arms out just before it flutters by. You descent is slowed just enough for you to reach out and grab it. You snatch it from the air and angle yourself in preparation for the impending impact. In one swift motion you retie your ponytail and spin into position. You hit the ground with a teeth rattling impact, cracking the solid rock of the cliffs, sending rocks and pebbles and shit into the air. You dust yourself off and find yourself on a rocky cliff looming above the surging ocean. Behind you a jungle grows thick with tropical trees. The cliffs continue to the left and further to the right they to sink back into the sand.
Where to now?

>Hit up the beach and see if I can find some sort of cave in the cliff I just slammed into.

>You walk towards the beach hoping to find some badass caves desperate for a good plundering. Unfortunately the cliffs just kinda blend into the sand here. There's no caves to be found from here, the beach stretches out for quite a distance though.
Will you try and find some caves around here or continue onto the beach?

>Take a swim to in front of the cliff face. Most of the really hardcore badass caves have waves crashing into them, anyway.

>You jump into the water to sea if you can find a cave from different angle, because dammit, you really wanna get your plunder on. You find a battleship wreck poking out from the water and clamber on. From here you can see a number of holes and crevices in the cliff face. Approaching it from the sea may not be the best idea though, you can see large waves crashing into the rugged cliff face.
What do you do?

>Find a way to catapult myself into the cave. If that fails, ignite my boots and rocket jump that shit.
