Well there's not really a way to fix it, I mean you could just lean foreward, maybe tug the top of your shirt out so it's not resting on your chest.

I usually deal with it by wearing one of a few specific sorts of shirts.
Really small plaid patterns, breast pockets on both sides, or three layers.

Or, if all else fails, assuming a terrible hunched-over posture for the rest of the day.

I never not wear 2 shirts in winter, so that never happens to me.

I would be the worst Texan if I ever went back, I can walk out in the snow here in Maryland in only a t-shirt.
Haven't done it without shoes in a while but I don't think it'd cause any more problems than it did last time.

I only wear 2 shirts because all the shirts I like are short sleeved and I have a bigass hairy mole on my left arm.
I could potentially do that if I wanted.
Hell, people around my school have worn flip flops recently.
