Maybe I should just make my own sauce and use some of this pasta.
I don't even remember having all this pasta. Let's see, there's...
Penne, lasagna, manicotti, ditalini, chifferi, casarecce, lumaconi... and spaghetti.

You know what I could go for right now, some good red beans and rice with lots of sausage. That shit would be so great right now.

Made chifferi (pretty much elbow macaroni) with a curry sauce. Turned out better than I thought it would.

I'm betting you guys don't know how to make spicy tuna dip.

Here's how you make spicy tuna dip.

You will need-
A blender or food processor
Mayonnaise- usually about 1/3 or 1/2 a cup, more if you like it creamier/thinner
One large can of tuna (notice how I specified large, one of those big ones)
Pickled, sliced jalapeno peppers, to taste (careful with these, you usually only need a few forkfuls)
One lime
Some fresh cilantro
Half of an onion

1 - Chop the onion into bits that are manageable for your blender (I use one of those fancy ninja blenders, so all I had to do was cut three slices both ways).

2- Open the can of tuna. Drain the tuna thoroughly. You want the tuna fairly dry.

3- Put the tuna and onion in the blender. Roll your lime on the counter to get the juice out, quarter it and then squeeze most of the lime over the blender's contents.

4- Spoon in the mayo and then start tearing cilantro leaves. Use as much as you like, but don't forget the cilantro. Then take a fork (never a spoon) and start scooping in some peppers. Be careful with them, there isn't much in the dip to fight off the spice!

5- Blend til it's as chunky or smooth as you like your dips and then serve with corn chips!

It is that easy.

Behold my multiple arms and sparkling robe/dress.

Ok everyone talk about food now.
I've actually gone gluten-free. Great for getting rid of belly fat but terrible for the soul. No fluffy cakes ;-;

Dear god that's amazing.

Anyway, another dip recipe today! This one also doubles as a salad dressing.

Kayleigh's Castle Ranch sauce- a creamier, cheesier variation on your typical ranch. The proper thing to dip into this is sweet bell peppers, by the way.
You will need-
Cream Cheese
Mayonnaise
Milk (just to thin it a little)
Red Vinegar (be careful with this! Just a spash or so, to taste.)
Seasoned Salt (Again, to taste)
Garlic Salt (This is me not measuring things, yay)
Onion Powder (to taste)
Blarney Castle cheese, a 3inchx1cm slice or two (you can substitute Gouda or Parmesan, but Blarney Castle is best- especially considering that's what I named the dip after)

Blend the mayo, cream cheese and milk together carefully until you get a volume and consistency you like. Blend in the vinegar, onion power, garlic salt and seasoned salt carefully.
Wash your hands, and then smash and crumble the cheese in your hands. Use a whisk to break down chunks of cheese and add more seasoning, vinegar or cheese until you like the taste. Store in a sealed container and mark the contents and date on a peice of masking tape on the lid.

This is also the only ranch dip my mom likes.

Made up some fried chicken and it is delicious. Missing mashed potatoes though because they take too long to make.
