the one issue is I've has bad problems with that while driving
I'll focus on the tail lights of the car in front of me
and phase out completely
at 70 miles an hour

Not for me. My heaviest days are the third and mainly the forth days, and they have the worst cramps.

When I'm driving, I zone out sometimes, but am perfectly aware of my surroundings (able to look for turns, drive down the road at the right speed, switch lanes using mirrors, etc.). Then, about 5 minutes later, I zone back in, and freak out because I don't know how I got there (like I know I've been driving, but I'm like "Shit, I'm already at this road? I was just 5 miles back!").

I'm aware that this happens, and I do just fine driving, but it really scares me because of my fear of driving.

Is this a bad thing?
