Betrippin asked a question. I had sources that may have yielded an answer. I queried said sources and obtained the answer.

The subject doesn't matter. If I feel I can feasibly obtain an answer to a question then I try and do so. Doesn't always work out, but it usually expands my knowledge in some way.

When someone identifies themselves as an orientation that the textbook definition being "total disinterest in sexual activity or sexual attraction to others" I assume masturbation is lumped in there with the whole "lack of interest" because you gotta be sexually attracted to something to masturbate. But I guess even an orientation that clear cut needs loopholes for whatever reason.

I don't masturbate. I have stated this several times in this thread.

However, some asexuals do masturbate, simply because it supposedly feels good. They may do it for that, for health reasons, or just plain curiosity. I don't know or particularly care about that activity.
