Wow. I'm not gonna assume that guy is you (since I have no real proof, and this is the internetz), but DAYUM that guy is good. Wish I could do that. Though, I was checking out the other vids, and Hugo sucks. He plays it on one of the easier difficulties, and even then, he still misses a lot of the steps... it's pathetic...

2. Hugo won that competition with that performance. I came 4th. But it's not about score (well... 90% of it is not about score) since it's freestyle. The grade was ~10% of the points, and you only had to "not fail" the song to stay in.

You can't knock freestylers for missing. Higher difficulty songs are not used for score normally. That's what I get for doubles, Reverse and Boost, and no costume. (seriously, Costume counted.)

I could understand him missing so many steps if it was a higher difficulty. But, heck, it looked like he was playing on Light mode... I get that the style is a big part of it, but at the same time, if you miss a lot of steps (even if you don't fail), you'd think there should be some kind of score penalty...

How did you not get higher than 4th, though? You were playing a song on at least Standard Mode, you were using both pads, you did a daisies good job at hitting most of the steps, and your routine was freakin' cool, to boot. I didn't see any of the other vids on the site even coming close to yours. I say the contest was rigged.
