SOME men. Some of us are just fine with no significant contact whatsoever.

The large majority of men, but yes there are some exceptions

And by the same thread, there are some women who need to learn restraint too.

It's not just a problem with men.

No no, of course, it just seems that men are less restrained because the focus is on men most of the time in that respect

It really bothers me to see even people in middle school who are wearing shirts that expose the cleavage way too much and they want that. One of my sister's friends does it all the time and it really just sickens me. I had a really hard time even picking out my prom dress because they were actually showing too much skin. A freaking prom dress.

I think this applies to men and women both, yes. Anyone who turns sex into an obsession needs to learn restraint. Especially these high-school age girls who seem to think the sluttier they are, the more people will like them. And I've seen guys boasting about the amount of women they've banged in the past week or whatever. It makes me feel a bit sick.

There is nothing about sex that is absolutely vital to anything other than reproduction. Honestly pleasure can be found elsewhere than in a bedroom, and longer lasting too like books. Anyone obsessed with it has given in to their own desires like any other addict.

Wait are we trying to say here that men and women who consider sex a necessity in a relationship should learn not to want sex in a relationship?

Oh my god this Michael Crichton book is just so amazing and wonderful and oh yeah, OH YEEEEAH!

No, the general message here seems to be that sex should never become such a focal point that everything else is ignored in favor of it. When it becomes a destructive addiction to the exclusion of common sense and other important things.

Also books can last me for hours of enjoyment. From what I've read, sex rarely goes over thirty minutes.

I find it really hard to believe that this ever happens.

I know banning sex or whatever will never happen and frankly I don't expect nor really want it to. I just want people to tone it down because it's really annoying me how it essentially runs our society in a way and almost becomes the guidelines to a successful relationship and not other more important things like simply talking things out with your partner when there's a problem and the like

Also, Glocktor, people have actually gone to rehab for sex. Whether that's actually a real addiction is a whole different conversation entirely, but the point is it still happens
