Finally got past blighttown.
Entered Sens funhouse.
Not as bad, just the snake fuckers can take a pounding and fucking boulders.

Working on my brigand, loving him so hard right now.
Black knight sword, Baldur shield, goyles helm.
Motherfucker looks like a death viking.

Seath you fucker. Though with Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring he has no idea where I am so it's mostly me getting stuck in crystals then smacked by a tail.

on NG+ now with my cleric dude, in solbros armor. had some dick try to invade me in the burg and man i just wrath of the god'd his booty so hard he didnt even touch me.

debating on putting like all points into STR so i can use Grant, the faith hammer than requires 50 str and 30 faith.

Zombies are nothing. Backstab or switch to lightning spear and down they go. Though the crystal variant has caught me a couple times by surprise because they deal a fuckton of damage.

Figured as much. They were difficult in the beginning but you'll be surprised just how quickly your skill will rise Shoolis. Soon they'll be nothing but nuisances. Just remember to keep your shield up.

So i offered gwyns soul to the sunlight alter (sunbros fo lyfe) and got a fucking awesome lighting spear that does round 1k a hit and knocks ppl bk. Best day

Not sure if I should join the sunbros with my knight character or try the covenant of the dragon.
I'm not really building faith so the spears wouldn't be too useful.
Then again I would enjoy using greatsword of astorias which requires faith...but would probably require NG+ in levels to use...

Advice?

theres plenty of other greatswords out ther that dont require faith. i only got enough faith on my tanky heavy armor guy to get a heal spell and enough intel to get the cast light spell

Normal weapon is Black Knight Sword +5. Lightning Spear is solely to deal with the normal Hollows when they start swarming or I'm in a narrow corridor and my sword bounces off the walls.

Yeah but I really want that greatsword, and it gives me an excuse to level up faith.

Faith also lets you use miracles like Lightning Spear, Sunlight Spear, Wrath of God, etc.
