Guys being drunk doesn't mean you're not accountable or responsible for your own actions.

If two drunk people are having sex, then it's not rape, it's just two people having sex. Whether or not they would have had sex with the other person if they were sober is not the issue.

Drunk sex is only "mutual" rape in the sense that both parties have the right to claim rape afterward because neither is in the state of mind to legally give consent.

The problem is that there are many, many different degrees to which one can be drunk.

This is entirely true. One person could be way more drunk than the other.

This doesn't automatically mean, however, that the less drunk person was seduced, and the more drunk person was raped because they were simply more drunk.

Being drunk is just for assholes who don't have the balls to do things normally for fear of being judged "weird/creepy" by society.
So they say they are drunk and society is like "lol that's cool you didn't know what you were doing".

Okay, no. And no again. People still get in a lot of shit for doing stuff while drunk, otherwise people wouldn't get arrested for DUI's.

Not talking about the law. I am talking about if you go into a room with your friends and tell them you were drunk. Unless something is truly horrendous most people will just let it go.
