i always imagine that having a cut penis is super uncomfortable, because whenever my foreskin gets pulled back and won't go back around the head it always feels super sensitive rubbing around in my pants

i guess people without foreskins are used to that, though

Actually, because the foreskin is removed the head is not protected anymore, so it gets damaged and scarred a little, rendering it less sensitive. This usually results in greater sexual stamina though.
