Yeah, doctor is best bet. You're lucky it's not constant. When people say men don't have enough blood to run their brain and dick at the same time, there's truth to it. That's why it's so dangerous to have a constant erection. Also blood can pool and thicken while in the organ which in turn can lead to some incredibly nasty problems.
