I did some quick research (aka checked wikipedia) and it could be correct. The Bulbospongiosus muscle is responsible for propelling the semen, and since it's not really part of the penis itself, we could assume it's size is uncorrelated with the penis size. Since the distance travelled is dependent on the force used (which is determined by the strength of the muscle), and the distance travelled should include the length of the penis because the sperm starts its' acceleration inside the body, we can conclude a longer penis can result in a shorter trajectory of the semen.

Fun fact: ejaculation distance is irrelevant to fertility.
