it's reverse here, in britain it'd be considered "weird" for you to be cut as it's the norm to be intact here. I don't understand why you'd be cut for any reason other than religion - yes there might somehow be like a 1% chance of you not getting HIV (and that isn't even solid scientific evidence) but you're not going to be fucking someone with HIV without using a condom. Plus it's no hassle to clean there so yeah i don't think I'd like to be cut.
