Whoop looks like we've got another settler. We've got two main choices for where to settle a new city.


One of them has some nice stuff and would be easier to defend. It's on the coast which is generally useful and has Sugar that'll get us more cheddar and some food enhancing stuff.


The other has more cool shit but is right in the middle of two empires (who we have declared friendship with, but that doesn't always mean they won't attack. Just less likely). It has a Natural Wonder, two luxury resources and a bunch of food/production enhancing stuff
