Yeah feeling the urge to masturbate is seriously a natural and proper thing your body does. Sure you CAN stop, but it's actually pretty unhealthy to, especially if you had been doing it regularly and then suddenly stopped. The only time masturbation is unhealthy is if you're doing it so much you actually start causing yourself pain or wear yourself to the point of exhaustion. I'm talking like 7, 8, 9, 10+ times a day. If that's the case, then sure trying to cut back will be the right thing to do, but if you are just feeling bad for masturbating a couple times a day...don't.
