I thought that episode was pretty lousy save for Jake and the music.

Good things can have bad parts. I especially disliked the interaction between PB and Marceline.

Yeah, the episode was pretty boring in my opinion. I liked the Door Lord though.

I'm also apparently the only person who didn't like Marceline's song. Normally I like her songs, but that one was just kind of meh.

I'm more jealous of the fact that the room actually looks presentable save for the shirt on the chair.

When my little brother and I saw the preview for the mansion party murder mystery episode his reaction was, "What? Another murder?" Cutest reaction from a little six year old.

Yeah there was very little hinting at a lesbian attraction (if there really was any). If there is, it wasn't very well done. Felt very tacked on and rushed.

If they want lesbians in their show then good for them. But man
It feels like it was just a nod to the online fans and that was it. Nothing interesting, nothing that helped to develop the characters on it. Instead of making an episode and then at the last minute saying "Hey lets put some terribly vague and ambiguous lesbian undertones that no one will really get unless they are on the internet all the time and have a dirty mind", just make an episode centered around it that has more structure and is better thought out.


I honestly stopped watching Adventure Time months ago until I heard a lot about this episode and decided to check it out. Mega disappointment.

Wooooow, I like how everyone seems convinced that it's a lesbian romance and not just about them being friends previously, even though it's not even that strongly implied either way. Jesus. And while the relationship between PB and Marceline was a major point of the episode, I don't even see how that's a negative. They revealed a new dynamic to the cast, as it was previously unknown that they had been close. It was an advancement in the characters and gave insight into how they interact. The main point of the episode was really more about the need for honesty in the friendship in the group. Finn confronted his confusion about his relationship with PB, and Marceline was able to voice her regrets about the ended relationship with her. I really don't see why everyone hates the episode. If anything, it had more in the way of character development than many of the other ones have had.

But it was boring.
