I'd suggest getting it looked at, you might have testicular torsion.

If it is, you're going to be in a lot of pain and will need surgery... or else...

It's like fading in and out weirdly.

Like, I'll be fine for a few minutes and then it's like pain, pain forever. Then after like 30 seconds of that it goes away completely.
