If you take boiling showers your gonna get zits in places.
I had this problem so I took shorter showers and with cooler water.(not cold but not boiling)

You're probably right since I've been showering twice a day since I started working out, and I'm not putting on lotion afterwords.

The chick I'd gone on a couple dates with finally said that she doesn't want to be in a relationship with me because she has an STD, and she doesn't want to ruin my life the way her life got ruined. In a way, I'm relieved that she cared enough to tell me, but she was incredibly vague about it when she turned me down, so I was more than a little frustrated. I'm not sure which one, but I'm still feeling more sympathetic than anything regardless of which.

Oh well.

last night I woke up and I was coverd and sweat and had a dry mouth and was incredibly thirsty. Now I'm worryed I might faint at school because I dont feel very well. My chest is a little tight too.

Did you at least drink some water or something to rehydrate? I usually keep a bottle of water next to my bed because I breathe through my mouth a lot when I sleep, and that dries it out.
