The only time I get spicy shit is when I eat the spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-a.
I can eat anything else spicy and be perfectly fine, which I find weird.

Since I started exercising and losing weight (down to 185 pounds from 201) I've been getting body acne, mostly on my chest, some on my back, I've even had some random zits on my booty and thighs. I can't figure out why, I wear loose cotton when I work out and I shower afterwards. Any tips on how to prevent more acne? Maybe it's something in my diet?
