The case of People vs. Marcato, docket number 4295, Marcato stands accused of misleading the forum concerning the release date of his "Shipping Wall 2.0," intentionally or otherwise.

Exhibit A for the prosecution:

This picture clearly implies that October ten (10) would be the date that the Wall would be released.

I would testify that it begins clearly shows that the shipping wall was not to be released on the given date, but instead discussion of the wall was to start officially.
