Put my into the category that doesn't understand why buying condoms is embarrassing. Disposing of the box, however can be tricky when you live with parents, that's why you find so many empty condom boxes on the side of the road, especially around gas stations. (or at least I do.

One time I bought pregnancy tests, and I look rather young, and the cashier did this sort of horrified choked laughter. I didn't really look old enough to be having sex.

But I just B|'d at her and went about my business like a bawss.

And then given the test to her.

So the cat got sick, and vomited in several places around the house, including several times on carpet. I've been soaking the stains with a wet paper towel with detergent on it but they don't seem to be going away, and it's been quite a while now. My apartment feels so unclean.

Anyone have any tips for getting the stains out? I'm probably going to go all out and give the floors a good cleaning/vaccumming later this week, but I don't have the time for it now.

Cats are great for that.

If it's not vomit they shit all over the place.

it's not the cat's fault it gets sick. and none of mine have ever shat outside their litterbox except for the one who was really sick and had to be put down.

Kind of an awful thing to "fucking hate" an entire species of animals over.

I was kinda exaggerating.

What I mean is I wouldn't get another cat knowing the trouble I've had with my current cat (she was a stray that spent a lot of time around my house and we kinda 'adopted' her when my mother started feeding her).

Snakes are far less trouble, strangely enough.

Could be because snakes are lazy and generally restricted to a terrarium while cats tend to have free run of the entire place to get into mischief out of sight.

My current cat was born in the foster care system for a cat shelter, and was put up for adoption when he was old enough, so I adopted him. I've had him for just about all his life and he's very well behaved and even comes to me when I call his name!
