FYI, the speed of light is ESTIMATED. so it may just be telling us that light speed is a tiny bit faster than we thought,

Huh, didn't even consider that. Even still, it's incredible for anything to approach the speed of light to that extent. I think it would be interesting if we could measure the age of the travelling neutrinos in any way. Maybe give them an angular motion and calculate of of how much that motion has decreased upon arrival? But that's probably impossible to measure, or impractical due to other reasons.

The supposed FTL neutrinos might actually reinforce relativity. Here are 5 articles on the faults in the research:

An interesting and accessible introduction to the quantum mechanics of the electron by redditor platypuskeeper (top two comments).

I'd recommend to anyone interested in how the universe works.

World's most powerful laser to tear apart the vacuum of space

Stuff like this makes we want to pursue a career in physics.

You know I joke about how scientists will be the ones to end the world and this really isn't helping their case any.

I know that some super villain is going to launch a mirror in front of the superlaser and reflect it back to Earth. I just know it.

No worries, they're not ripping apart the very fabric of spacetime itself. (since that isn't really a thing that exists). (Hapax_Legoman explains it much better than I can.)
