HEY I FINALLY GOT TO POST ON THE FIRST PAGE OF A COMIC THREAD.

I love Luke's face in the last panel... and that apparently he lost teeth from the bitchslap... and when the wheel went flying from his hands, it went sideways instead of tumbling towards the ground.

But yeah, that face... I'm going to be dreaming about it.

I would do an edit, but I'm a lazy (and tired) bastard so maybe tomorrow or Tuesday...

I would say this would be an example of a Bright slap but Luke isn't becoming a MAN OF DESTINY after this I feel so yes, it is indeed a bitch slap.

I didn't see the comic's title until I looked in this thread, but once I did I had a good laugh.

Also, it annoys me that Layton's slap creates a "POW" sound effect. I think Katie needs to make a Strike One: Special Edition in which the "POW" is replaced with something more appropriate (such as "WHACK" or "BOAT"). Of course, Luke will need to slap Layton before Layton slaps him. Can't have Layton slapping first, least of all against a child.

Oh God that's great.

Also, Imma try and make this a bright slap edit now. I got it envisioned in my head.

I like the way the Professor is drawn in the last panel.
Seems... manly I guess.

Part of me feels bad for Luke, but then again, he did bring that upon himself :b

I figured Layton lived in a time before hamster wheels were invented.
