Quite. Now, about your avatars. One of them is a fox in a baseball cap. Did you draw it or did someone else draw it for you?

No, no, I am a better author than I am an illustrator. Several of my avatars are one of my own characters drawn up by fellow formites, and one is from a very special friend off-site.

Nice. Now speaking of off-site, what do you do in your spare time? What hobbies do you have?

I have several hobbies, such as Pokemon and other various types of video gaming. I am looking into getting my start in internet based fame, but that's a story for another day.

Wow, becoming an Internet celebrity? That's a tall order. Best of luck to you. So how about them Pokemons? Which game is your favorite?

I'd have to say that Silver is my favorite, and my first.

I logged so many hours in the original Silver version. Who needs that flamboyant rainbow bird when you can summon typhoons with Lugia? On your profile, it says that your current occupation is Nerd. Where did you go to study this?

You went to SBLA as well? I graduated valedictorian from there!
Now let's wrap this up. As you know, the Internet is full of people with ego problems. What websites do you think make this the most apparent? My vote personally goes to That Guy With The Glasses, but what do you think?

The internet itself is a hornet's nest of egotistical people, myself included. But I still love it so.

BurntToShreds Interviews: Head of the Brothel

Now right off the bat, are you male or female?

Okay. Your name has always been interesting to me. Just how did you come up with it?

It's a joke that no one gets because 1.) They weren't there 2.) They aren't british.

When I joined in the summer of '09 there was this thread called "World Of Text", WoT is a site where you make a blank white world and fill it was ASCII art and text. I'd been lurking for a good while before this so I felt like joining in.

After making a giant mechanical penis attack the city (I think it was called terra or something) I felt like I might as well join the forum.

Before I joined I had made a building in the city that was a brothel and a school, in the UK the principal of a school is refered to as the "headmaster" or just "head", so "Head Of The Brothel" comes from me being the principal of the brothel/school.

It's an awful name and I want a new one but I'm not creative enough and this one is already dug in on various sites.

I see, that's an interesting origin story. It's no secret that you like anime, but which anime is your all time favorite, and why?

That's a difficult question, Chad.

It's hard to say which is my favourite but I suppose Sora no Woto is the only anime that has made me want to shell out a lot of cheddar for DVDs just to support it's release. Despite some of it's faults it's a beautiful and fairly underrated show.

Honourable mentions; My Hidamari Sketch folder is the largest anime folder on my hard drive, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 brought me closest to crying and Sailor Neptune Magica was the best experiance I had watching a show air live in japanese.

Ume Aoki is my favourite manga artist, although I really don't read a lot of manga.

I should check into those sometime soon. Do you have any words for aspiring weeaboos out there?

Wise words indeed. So, you live in the UK. What do you do to pass the time over there?

I was reading a book the other day at work, it was about being british and british etiquette.

Anyway it had a quote that went something like "A single englishman will form an orderly queue of one."

It was completely right.

We make queues.

That sounds like an awesome pastime. I'd love to see it on a sports network. So as you know, the internet is full of people with overinflated egos. What can be done do combat this rampant egotism?
