I should rephrase that. I can talk to girls I know, very easily. But if it's someone I've never met and I want to know, I always choke up and chicken out.

Not eating before working out will make you incredibly sick. You're using far more nutrients than normal when you work out and unless you've eaten properly your body will not be able to support the extra activity. If you start feeling even the slightest bit ill while in the gym STOP. And preferably go eat something high in protein.

I personally can eat and immediately go work out but everyone is different.

I like eating a small bowl of corn flakes with a banana before I work out.

I usualy try to eat a nice piece of steak. Nothing to big, but I nice portion to fill me up.
When I finish working out I drink this weird crap that's suppose to be high in protien to help me on the walk home.
