That's probably just because from what I've read, the new meds are giving you way more of an appetite than you had before. Your body is not accustomed to taking in so many calories with little activity.
Telling you, Nachalnik. Walking buddy. Find one. Walk the fuck out of that street you live on. It might help you to feel a little bit better too.

Walking usually burns more calories than being on the internet

Going to buy DDR for the Xbox 360 when I get back from vacation. I haven't done it for almost 4 years so hopefully I can still do well.
I lost a lot of weight last time I did it, but I still had flab, so I'm going to combine it with weightlifting/sit-ups/etc..
As long as I don't have to run I'll be fine.
I want to have a more manly figure instead of an hourglass figure, so I'm going to have to do a lot of shoulder exercises as well as getting rid of the fat on my love-handles.

Dammit I need somewhere to play DDR. I got all excited about it and then when I moved into this apartment I realized you can't even walk hard unless you want to disturb the people downstairs.
Oh well

And I always get into a crazy sweat when I play. It's the most fun way to work your booty off.

Went for a walk today but it wasn't a long walk because to be honest there isn't many places to go where I live.

I normally loose weight when I go visit family in Barra because there's so much to do outside but we couldn't go this year.

Hey man. Just getting outside and walking around for fifteen or so minutes is a good start.

Pushups and situps are also a good basic choice. Don't worry if you can't do too many at first, just don't overexert yourself. Getting injured from a situp is highly embarrassing and I know that from experience. Know that place right above the hip on either side of your stomach? Yeah. I pulled that because I was going to be an iron man.

Take it slow and you'll be fine.

Make sure you use the bathroom before you exersize as well. That and don't eat before a work out, it'll make it alot harder to work out. Also you'll be gassy, that's horrifying.
