Cheesecake.

It's really simple to make.

Carrot cake is cool, as is banana cake, but I don't know if they're the kind of things you're looking to make.

Anything really, I love cooking c: but it has to have enough portions to feed roughly 20 people.

Yeah, you'll probably be better off going for a cake then.

Cheesecake recipes.

There's two kinds of cheesecake - the one you bake (American style), and the one you chill (European style).

If you want super-easy - go for a European cheesecake.

This one seems particularly easy, but still interesting

With that one you need to bake the base though.

Oh, hi there AZ. I didn't hear you come in.
Today, we will bake a banana cake. It's going to be delicious.
For that, we will need:

4 eggs
Image

240 grammes of butter
Image

180 grammes of sugar
Image

2 packs of vanilla sugar
Image

300 grammes of flour
Image

3 flat teaspoons of baking powder
Image

2 (or 3) bananas
Image

60 grammes of chocolate sprinkles
Image

1 tea spoon (or more) of delicious, delicious rum
Image

and 100 grammes (or more) of dark chocolate icing
Image

First you need to separate the eggs.
Image

Then you take 50 grammes of your sugar and the clear part of the eggs and whip it stiff.
Image

Until you can do this:
Image

Then take the butter, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, and yolk of the eggs and mix it to a paste.
Image

Next, you mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the buttery paste. After that, add the stiff egg white. Starting with the egg white, I suggest not using a machine to mix and only a big wooden spoon or similar.
Image

Take 2 bananas and squish them to mush and add them, as well as the chocolate sprinkles and rum. I also like adding a 3rd banana that is cut to pieces instead of squished.
Image

Now put everything in the baking dish that was greased in beforehand so it is easier to get the cake out after it is done.
Image

Put that stuff in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 60-70 minutes (it usually takes longer for me, maybe because of the oven. Check if it's done with a long tooth pick or something else made out of wood that you can stick into the cake)
Image

It will rise a fair bit, so if you can, make sure you get a slightly bigger baking dish than me.
Image

When it's done it will look like this probably. If you don't want it to rise as much, use less baking powder I guess. Cut off everything that goes over the edge of the baking dish.
Image

Get it out of the dish when it is cold.
Image

And now cover it in delicious dark chocolate.
Image

That's it.
Yeah.

HEY GUYS GUESS WHAT.

ORANGE ALMOND BISCOTTI

INGREDIENTES:

2 TAZAS DE HARIN-- Whoops. No Espanol. Forgot

2 cups of Flour.
2/3 cups of sugar
2/3 cups almonds (whole)
2 small oranges
1 tbs baking powder
2 tbs applesauce
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS.

Auntie Riku has told you this preliminary shit so many times that if she needs to tell you how to set up, clean your kitchen, put on some music and wash your hands, she will choke the proverbial bitch.

GREAT. NOW AUNTIE RIKU NEEDS TO TALK TO HER GOOD FRIENDS TO CALM HER DOWN.
Image

ANYWAY.

This was actually sort of a chocolate biscotti recipe, but then auntie riku decided to make it different, and as such, also had to change a couple of otherwise unrelated ingredients. Maybe she'll post the chocolate one later.

GET YOUR SHIT OUT OF THAT GODDAMNED PANTRY. IT'S BAKIN' TIME.
Image

ALRIGHT. First off, mix your dry ingredients into a large bowl. You know which ones are the dry ones, right?
THE ONES THAT AREN'T WET, MORON.

Then you mix your wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. (THE ONES THAT AREN'T DRY)
Image

DUMP THAT SHIT TOGETHER, MAN.
Image

WHooooooops. Auntie Riku forgot the oranges. Okay, Chinmaster already como zest oranges, if you recall. Except AUNTIE RIKU IS ALL AWESOME AND NOT ZESTING HER ORANGES THE GHETTO WAY WITH HER FINGERNAILS. Seriously, though. Just use a fine shred on your cheese grater. Remember not to dig into the white. After that, cut the oranges in half, and squeeze the juice out of them into the dough. It doesn't need to be too thorough.
ImageImage

MIX IT LIKE THE SICKEST BEATS AND TASTY JAMS. BEAT IT INTO SUBMISSION.
Image

Alright. Now recall those days of molding and eating play-do just last week, and do that now. Mold the dough into a sort of 14 inchish (35 cm) log, on a greased bakingsheet.
Image

PAM IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. SHE IS A VERY COOL LADY.
Image

Now, bake it at 325 F or about 160 for 35 minutes.
It seems like a long time, I know, but that's how it works. While you're waiting, clean up, why don't you.
Image

Pull it out of the oven, wait for five minues, then transfer it onto a cutting sheet.
Image

Slice it up to about 3/4 inch or 2 centimeter slices.
Image

Arrange them, and put them back in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Image

This time, let them cool off and sit on the pan for a bit, dry out, and then store them in an air tight-ish container.
Image

Don't forget to eat one.
Image

They go with hot chocolatevery well.

I just made a really good Zabaglione custard with some friends, it was really quick and easy.

You'll need
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup very fine sugar (I just put regular granulated sugar in a plastic bag and rolled it over with a rolling pin to crush it.)
4 Tbsp of Marsala (a cooking wine)

Just mix the yolks and sugar in a heat proof bowl and whisk with an electric beater. Then add the Marsala in 1 Tablespoon at a time and mix it all up very well.
Then, put the bowl in a pot or pan on the stove with about an inch or so of simmering water.
Keep whisking for 5-7 minutes while it is on the stove until it gets nice and thick.
Serve immediately while warm.

It is a very sweet, rich, and creamy. Because it is so rich, you can't really just eat it plain, it worked best for me as a dipping cream. We dipped various fruits in it and it was wonderful. It could work well served with just about anything sweet, like cookies, or used as a cake topping.

Third thing I thought of.
