So the acidity of tomatoes makes it uncomfortable to eat sauce heavy pasta as my stomach can't digest the acid and it causes extreme gastrointestinal distress.

So what do I do? I eat ravioli with white alfredo sauce infused with garlic instead, but my stomach is acting as if I ate a fuckton of tomato sauce anyway...
