Hmm. So I guess I'll experiment with cutting foods from my diet and see if that helps. Just an idea, plus now I'm reading stuff online and there are some conditions that sound similar to mine that seem to react to certain foods.

To be honest, the more I read, the more it sounds like interstitial cystitis. Chronic and incurable, which makes sense at this point because it's not infection. So a trip to the urologist would probably just tell me the same thing, if it told me anything at all. I'm on my own and have to figure out how to control it better. Sucks so bad if it turns out I can't eat spicy foods anymore.

The foods would explain the dehydration trigger, too. If there's a certain thing that irritates it, then it would be more concentrated in the urine when I get dehydrated.

I'd say for you to just drink more water Boredom. More then only 8 cups a day. I can get dizzy easily in the heat when I don't have enough water in my system. I need about 32 oz of water a day or more if I can. It gets easier to drink after awhile.
