So about a month ago I finished Brotherhood start to finish, good stuff.

I really liked the whole recruiting then leveling up assassins, wish it was more in-depth. Didn't know there was a limit to how many I could have at first, since I was recruiting at random, after realizing I recruited females only since you see so few female assassins.

Bought Brotherhood for the 360 a month ago and hit 50 in 3 weeks. Some of the players I see when playing Manhunt make me want to cry, running around and getting 100 points a kill, not to mention using the worst and cheapest ability (templar vision) all around, sometimes even (oh god) in conjugation with the hidden gun. I remember this one guy I've ended up against several times and even though he's occasionally his team's mvp, he's probably the worst templar vision spamming k/d whore I've seen. I mean, why the hell would you use both templar vision and the hidden gun to kill me? Use both of your abilities for only 100 points? Score 11 kills but only 2200 points due to never getting silent or incognito kills?

I finished the first game a few days ago and it was nice to play a game that didn't have guns for once, but it was pretty repetitive, towards the end I stopped caring about saving citizens, and in the last few fights where they threw 3490380 people at you at once it was super annoying and much harder than the rest of the game.
Desmond's story is interesting though.
I'll play AC2 when I'm done with Prince of Persia, and then Brotherhood.
It's amusing how the Metascore improves with each sequel, it's usually the opposite that happens with franchises.

AC feels like a pilot episode compared to AC2. It is what sequels should do.

The metascore increase is even there for a reason. The sequels are vastly superior to the original.

So in AC2 I am now pretty far. I got Altair's armor and most of the other side quests. Still missing almost 50 feathers and over a dozen of those towers to climb. So there's still a good bit of game left I guess? I think I missed the thing with Leonardo that I was told multiple times not to forget for some reason cause whoops, don't expect quick time events during cutscenes.

You probably did. It's during the tour of Venice. I also think Altair is cooler than Ezio, so the new game gives me hope.

I never got Altair's armor. Every single time I tried to complete the challenge, Ezio would run up the wrong wall and fall into the water. I did that for over an hour and then gave up.

The one thing where you had to run 4 different courses took me some time but I managed it. I got Altair's armor before having everything from the prior armor set.

I didn't even pay for armor. I just toughed it out until I got Altair's armor, I was too busy playing Real Estate Tycoon.

Haha, I think I know which part you mean. The same room had a water monster of sorts appear from the water if you stared into it long enough

The runing up walls and climbing bits always seem a bit 'assisted' which really kind of made it difficult for me.
Sometimes I'd fall because I was holding foreward and Exio was just jumping along his merry little way and I wasn't sure where he was going.
Low and behold it was the right way.

Just finished Brotherhood for the second time, but it didn't fulfill my need for the next game...

Augh, I can't wait

The DLC for Brotherhood's multiplayer really is fun. Love playing as the Pariah/General/Knight.
