Several of us have started to play Haven and Hearth again. The new additions that World 5 has are pretty fantastic.

the lag is almost unbearable for me
the server boots me out about every forty minutes because i lag so much
it sucks because now i can't find any good quality nodes for trees or anything since the best method of transportation just isn't available to me anymore

but i will continue to grow crops!

cafall and loth went looting, we now have metal and no way to use it

You may want to read up on the new method of how to get most of your LP now if you haven't already.

Well now when I try to start the game, once I press the log in button, it tries to connect for a second and then it just disappears. I'm using Ender's mod, and it works the same for the other one too (that I forget the name of). If I just use the original client, it doesn't even start and just gives me an error.

Blaaaaaahgh my internet's busted for a while.
Estimated return time ranges from 3 days to a whole week
so no hearth secreting from me, and since I'm the one with the claim, I don't think you'll be able to access most of what we have so far.
You can join via someone else, but you still can't get into my claim.

the new additions are the opposite of fantastic for me. It used to take me a day or so to be able to start building a place to live and get a few skills

when world five came and getting LP was incredibly slow and awful and only so much every 20 minutes or so, and i still couldn't do jack shit after two days, i gave up. It's not fun for me anymore. I can't get LP by paving roads or building things or being productive, i can only get LP every 20+ minutes by jamming sticks into a pinecone and staring at it for a while. I had just gotten Dirges into H&H before World 5 came and we were having fun developing our village a little more in World 4, and then suddenly it was all gone and LP was too difficult to get, especially for someone who was used to getting it much faster. So yeah, it'll take some convincing if anyone wants me to play again
